SPEAKERS’ CORNER 2024

Speakers’ Corner is set to return in 2024 in an even more inclusive form: in addition to the mentoring program, there will be a series of events called Speakers’ Corner Meet-ups, hosted by L*3 partners, which facilitate interaction between students, industry experts, and local companies.

Speakers’ Corner 2024: a series of in-person events dedicated to the presentations of research/studies/field projects/business ideas carried out and presented by students from the USI-SUPSI-FUS universities on topics related to:

Finance and Computer Science
Perspectives on Sustainability
Entrepreneurial Paths Starting from the Academic World
Lifestyle
Innovation and Society

Partners:

Bloomberg Lugano, the branch of the multinational that provides brokerage services for insurance, will host the event on March 22, 2024.
Impact Hub Ticino, the non-profit association that stimulates the development of responsible entrepreneurship through networking people, organizations, and skills. It will host the event on April 19, 2024.
USI Startup Center and Startup Garage, the university incubators respectively for USI and SUPSI, which support students who want to become entrepreneurs. They will host the event on May 24, 2024.
Lifestyle Tech Competence Center, the ecosystem that supports lifestyle science-based projects aimed at innovation. It will host the event on June 21, 2024.
Lugano Living Lab, the laboratory for digital innovation of the City of Lugano. They will host the event between September and October 2024.
